3. Accounts & Communications
When you contact us or opt in to promotional messages, you agree that we may communicate with you by email, phone, or SMS regarding your inquiry, project, or offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in those messages or contacting us.
4. Orders, Payments & Refunds
- Prices, discounts, and package features are as listed on our website or in a written quote and may change without notice for future orders.
- Payment terms are due as stated at checkout or in your invoice. Work may pause if payment is overdue.
- Refund eligibility (if any) follows the specific guarantee or policy stated for your package—for example, a limited money-back window where advertised. Custom or completed work may be non-refundable once delivered or substantially performed.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.
5. Your Content & Copyright
You retain ownership of your manuscript and original creative content, except for materials we create under a separate written assignment. You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely to perform the contracted services. You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights and is not unlawful. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you keep 100% of your content copyrights as described in our service offerings.
6. Revisions & Delivery
Revision allowances and turnaround times depend on your package. Unlimited revisions, where offered, apply within a reasonable scope and timeframe related to the original brief. Delays caused by late feedback, incomplete materials, or third-party platforms are outside our control.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Publishing and distribution on Amazon, Ingram, Audible, or similar platforms are subject to those platforms’ terms. We are not responsible for account suspensions, policy changes, royalty calculations, or listing decisions made by third parties.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use our services for illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. We may refuse or terminate service for violations.
9. Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, reviews, or commercial success. Professional advice on legal, tax, or investment matters is not included unless expressly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
